I’m a bit of a book addict and cookbooks are included in that addiction. I’ve been experimenting with cooking since I decided to add soda-pop instead of water to one of the cake batters I made back when I was a pre-teen.
Below are my absolute favorite vegan and plant-based cookbooks that have helped me stick with this lifestyle but still allow me to eat delicious, nutritious and fun meals. You can never have too many cookbooks, right?
